Reserve Now, Pay Later (Unpaid Reservations)

You can cancel for free up to 12 hours before the tour start time without making a payment. If you do not cancel within this timeframe and do not complete payment, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Paid Reservations (Completed Payments)

With Tour Protection, you may reschedule your tickets or receive a full refund (minus the  flat €5 fee per booking) if you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Without Tour Protection,

If you contact us at least 48 hours before the tour start time, you can either reschedule your booking for another available date or receive a full refund minus a flat €5 fee per booking.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, we can reschedule your booking, but we are unable to offer a refund.

For paid reservations, we prepare food in advance to ensure a seamless tour experience. This is why we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any booking changes.

•  Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time (GMT +02:00).
•  This experience requires a minimum number of travelers (2). If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
•  This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• We will make every reasonable effort to provide the Services in accordance with the descriptions provided on our Site. Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your reservation or cancel confirmed reservations, we reserve the right to do so should it become necessary or advisable.

As part of our commitment to providing a positive experience, we offer a refund of the tour cost for situations where you feel uncomfortable due to a lack of connection with other participants.
