Yes. In case of any delays or changes in travel, please let us know. We will reschedule the tour for the next day or any date that suits you the best.
We understand that things happen and plans sometimes change, and that’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible if your plans do change, as we keep our tour groups small and it’s important for us to fill our groups. We also appreciate as much notice as possible to change our orders and reservations at local establishments– many of which reserve space or tastes exclusively for Dubrovnik Food Tours!

• DFT(Ragusina Ltd.) operates in all weather, though reserves the right to alter or amend an itinerary if circumstances require.
• If DFT(Ragusina Ltd.) is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior tour payments will be fully refunded

All tickets purchased are emailed directly to you in digital form. If you have not received your tickets yet, we are happy to resend.
Yes, we use Stripe for business, worldwide trusted online payment system.
We do not have integrated payment processing on our website. Instead, we use Stripe to process payments via follow-up emails sent directly to our customers.
If your transaction, processed via a Stripe payment link sent by us, is flagged as potentially fraudulent, it will be refused service immediately. This measure is in place to protect against fraud. For further assistance, contact us
our E-Certificate should contain a code. Simply enter that code in the Discount Code/E-Certificate field during the booking and checkout process.
As a solo traveler you can join our tours. We do require at least two guests for a tour to take place. If you’re the only person booked on a tour, we’ll switch you to another time or tour (if possible) or we’ll provide a single tour.
Yes, private tours are available for small parties or groups of up to 30 people. To inquire about a private tour, please fill out the contact form.

Tours are available in English. For groups or private events, we can adapt the tour in Spanish, German, Italian or French.
