At Dubrovnik Food Tours (DFT | Ragusina Ltd.), we understand that plans can change. We strive to offer a flexible and fair cancellation policy while ensuring smooth operations for our small-group experiences.
To maintain the quality of our tours, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible of any changes, as we make reservations at local establishments that exclusively prepare tastings for our guests.
Below, you’ll find detailed cancellation and refund policies for each experience we offer.
🍽️ OLD TOWN FOOD TOUR
Reserve Now, Pay Later (Unpaid Reservations)
✅ Cancel for free up to 12 hours before the tour start time without making a payment.
❌ If you do not cancel within this timeframe and do not complete payment, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Paid Reservations (Completed Payments)
📌 With Tour Protection
✔️ Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time to receive a full refund minus a €5 processing fee per booking or reschedule for another date.
📌 Without Tour Protection
✔️ Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour start time, and you can:
✅ Reschedule your booking for another available date.
✅ Receive a full refund minus a €5 processing fee per booking.
❌ Cancel less than 48 hours before the tour start time, and we can only offer a reschedule; refunds are not available.

Reserve Now, Pay Later (Unpaid Reservations)
✅ Cancel for free up to 12 hours before the transfer start time without making a payment.
❌ If you do not cancel within this timeframe and do not complete payment, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Paid Reservations (Completed Payments)
✔️ Cancel at least 24 hours before the transfer start time to receive a full refund minus a €5 fee or reschedule for another available time.
🔄 Rescheduling & Delays
✈️ If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time based on availability.
⏳ Last-minute rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Reserve Now, Pay Later (Unpaid Reservations)
✅ Cancel for free up to 12 hours before the transfer start time without making a payment.
❌ If you do not cancel within this timeframe and do not complete payment, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

📜 GENERAL REFUND POLICY
To process refunds as efficiently as possible, please provide:

📌 The date of the original transaction.
📌 The booking reference number (if applicable).
💳 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
